Owning a beautiful old barn has been a dream of ours for many years. We just never dreamed we would own one with 11 bedrooms and welcome guests from around the world. So, in May of 2026, we bought this century old barn. We felt a connection to The Barn Inn from the first moment we walked in the front door and saw the old beams. For Angie, it brought back memories of her childhood, growing up at her Gram's retired farm. For Steve, it was the craftsmanship, the history in every beam, and the feeling that this place was built with care and meant to last.
After more than 30 years of marriage and raising our three kids in Northeast Ohio, we wanted to have a place where people can slow down, breathe deeply, and feel at peace. Angie's family is always ready to host and welcome others. They have taught us the heart of hospitality, and we are so grateful to share that warmth here, with you.
Angie's background as a teacher shows in her ability to communicate and care for others. Her passion for planning and hosting gatherings shines through her gift of creating warm, inviting spaces, and adding thoughtful touches that make guests feel truly special and welcome. Steve comes from a construction background and enjoys getting his hands dirty. He is extremely excited to continue to beautify this historic building and the grounds.
